Karen Cramer: Community Impact Through Tech Innovation

Karen Cramer is the VP of Community Impact at TechBridge. TechBridge is a national nonprofit with a vision of poverty alleviation through collective action. TechBridge utilizes the generosity of the technology community to transform nonprofits and helps community residents obtain skills to meet the job demands of the technology community. TechBridge and Goodwill of North Georgia’s Technology Career program include technical training, case management, business acumen and financial literacy to help residents obtain skills to meet industry demand and improve their earnings potential. Karen leads TechBridge’s collective action strategy and is passionate about data sharing and building data collaboratives across the broader nonprofit community that allow for the better coordination of services and the matching of service demand and capacity to improve community outcomes. Karen earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from James Madison University and M.S. in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.
