What are the business challenges you’re facing as a result of coronavirus and social distancing? How are you responding?
What does Classic City Consulting do and what is Chris’ responsibility as a leader?
As a collaborative team where you are all working remote, what kind of shifts have you had to make in terms of how you do your work and engaging in project activities?
Many leaders have not previously considered how to implement a remote working team. What are some things that you’ve implemented over time that have allowed your team to remain connected and engaged while working remotely?
Given that change is the only constant, what kind of change as a result of the coronavirus crises do you see being more permanent in business (and perhaps for the better)?
