All that I can say is, spend time with Debbie Donsky. You could read her blog, explore her posts, reach out and ask her questions, just be present with her and her thinking. So much of what modern learning aims to grow- leadership, empathy, creativity, and connectedness is a part of her pedagogy and in her eduportfolio in some form. Her depth of view and drive to create equitable opportunities for all learners, challenges all of us to up our game.
