She work's on several levels: Impact at the individual level - individual transformational growth. Impact at the organisational level: Creating organisational cultures and networked organizations, where people and planet as well as the bottom line thrive. Impact at the academic level: Teaching 'understanding' rather than knowledge. Teach inner skills, as much as outer theory and knowledge. Impact at the societal level: Impacting the media and communication industries to use their influence and communication to drive positive impact and positive behavioural change.

Her personal everyday focus is to impact one person at a time: When one person feels met and truly seen, they grow and with their growth, she knows they will go into the world and do better and be more loving towards others. There are many ripples set in motion this way.
