Mickey Trescott, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, co-founder of Autoimmune Wellness, author, chef, and fellow podcaster, joins me in today’s conversation. Back in 2011, Mickey was diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases, Hashimoto’s, and celiac disease.

 

Mickey found recovery and relief in the Autoimmune Protocol, which wasn’t very well known at the time. Now Mickey uses her knowledge, background, and personal experience to raise awareness and help others with autoimmune diseases find healing. In our conversation, we talk all about the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), her cookbook, and much more.
