It’s the last day of the year and I have a very special guest: Steven Tennant, AKA my younger brother!

 

– He’s also a wellness junkie, although he wasn’t always. Steven suffered from a hefty dose of self-loathing for most of his life, and he struggled to acknowledge that fact. Like a lot of us, it wasn’t until he hit a breaking point that he could come to terms with how much he hated himself, and how much that affected him and the people around him every day.

 

But Steven made a huge shift about two years ago, and today he shares how he was able to face the problem, throw his entire life out the window, and start loving himself.

 

We discuss his own wellness journey, self-sabotage, his life as an ocean lifeguard, our relationship, and how he figured out how to actually start loving himself.
