John is passionate about equity, and this drives everything he does. Whether he’s working with individual team members, government customers, or community partners, his aim is always to build a more inclusive, equitable world.

John graduated with a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), and he earned his MBA from Loyola University Maryland. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Scrum Master.
