On this episode of Celestial Citizen Podcast, I am joined by Ruvimbo Samanga, space law and policy analyst.  We’ll discuss lunar governance, the African Space Sector, and Ruvimbo’s involvement with the Space Generation Advisory Council’s 4th African Space Generation Workshop

My guest on the show, Ruvimbo Samanga, is a space law & policy analyst, with particular specialization in the traditional and New Space sectors in Africa. She serves as a Research Fellow at the Open Lunar Foundation, focusing her research on lunar settlement and development policy. Ruvimbo holds a master's degree in International Trade & Investment Law from the University of Pretoria and currently represents Zimbabwe in the Space Generation Advisory Council and the Women in Aerospace Africa Chapter. She is also the founder of AgriSpace, an early stage agri-tech startup developed in collaboration with the Ban Ki-moon Centre for Global Citizens, as a current scholar in residence. Ruvimbo has also been recognized by Space in Africa as one of the top 10 Under 30 in the African space industry.
