Lena Dicken has loved surfing for many years and even lived in Hawaii for a period of time. She arrived in Hawaii through a series of serendipitous events and she immediately discovered her love of surfing and the many things that surfing could teach her. We talked to her about how this led to her starting her company, Saltwater Sessions. We loved chatting with Lena as she provides a unique perspective as both a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and an avid surfer. She talks about how surfers were the OG meditators and how she applies these things when conducting her Saltwater Sessions. Stay tuned at the end when Lena guides us in a very unique inner and outer body meditation!
