Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

Get up in the morning and I have a couple of routines. I do some stretching, I got some challenges with my back, I had an inversion table at home that I use but I’m listening to my goals, what’s important to me all morning. There’s certain music that I play, where the streets have no name, that was right, man in the box, I got some—I have music that keeps me going and then when we—when I get in the car in the morning or I’m getting ready I—I try to get 2 hour jump on anyone who’s on my team and I try to anticipate any problem or challenge that’s going to bubble up to my desk and I try to head it off to the past and I send out what I think or the direction for my team and then from there I start my day but I have started, typically, five or six o’clock in the morning. If I go to bed after midnight, which is pretty common, I’ll get up around 6, if I go to bed any time before midnight, I’ll up by 5 o’clock.
