Set the--in the next thirty days ask them these three questions; to learn about what is really important to them meaning, what do you do here career wise and what do you want to learn that has nothing to do with your job? I wanna be a better cook we had a Japanese expat working at one of our clients, there’s a traditional Japanese tea service ceremony shall like I wanna get--you have to get license for it I wanna learn that are or the wackiest one not wacky but just most unexpected was, I wanna learn how to be a trapeze artist and we we’re like you wanna what? And he just like don’t worry they offer one at the college and we’re like “uh thank god how much it’s that gonna be?”, it was sixty nine dollars.The local gymnastics studio offered a trapeze artist night course.
