Marla Berger leads a movement called “The Tree of Life” and works to help people become more intentional in the way they think about and approach life.

In this episode, she talks about the revelations in her own life that allowed her to open her mind and live a higher level of purpose.

And she shares three things that you can do right now to manifest the power of your own thinking:

(1) Erase the thoughts that no longer serve you

(2) Begin to think intentional thoughts to move toward the life that you desire

(3) Find freedom from worry and stress

“It’s incredible and extremely powerful,” Berger tells us.

“I’ve had some moments where I’ve needed to be in silence myself. It’s so powerful to see the healing in front of you. I never knew it was possible. If I didn’t see it with my own eyes, I wouldn’t believe it.”

She shares some of her own daily practices that help her to live in the moment and intentional.

Every day, she walks outside and reminds herself to be grateful that there is abundance all around.

“I meditate. And that gives me time to connect with myself, that stillness.”

One of the big points of focus in this interview is the importance of letting go of the past and living in the right now.

Berger asks us to consider, “when we can open the door inward and take a look at ourselves, we will have a better understanding of who we are. If you don’t open the door and you leave it closed, isn’t that just a wall?”
