For one reason or another, you may have some gaps in your employment. Sometimes it's unavoidable. While it can be stressful figuring out how to explain yourself or cover for the missing time, you don't have to struggle to find the words anymore. Today's episode has got you covered.

Whether you were laid off, experiencing extended unemployment, or simply taking a break from the workforce, there's a right and a wrong way to communicate this information to your next interviewer.
