Are you exhausted at the end of your day and wondering where your time went? After a long work day did you ever look back and ask - what did I do today?

If you're working hard and the time is flying you may not be productive, but just plain busy. Today's show gives you a simple self-check to see where you spend most of your time.

You might be spending your time in the wrong areas and it could be hurting your performance. Wouldn't you want to find out before your boss sits you down and instead of a pay raise, you get written up for poor performance?

In today's show, we're going back to old-school tools - pen and paper. Pop in an earbud to find out how to perform a simple self-check of your time and maybe gain some of it back, without sacrificing performance.

Log down what you do every 30 minutes, but only list a single item - what took the most of your time.
