With so many books on leadership, which ones do you bother to read? Why are there so many viewpoints and recommendations? It's hard to answer those questions until you understand the core principle behind leadership - effective communication. There's so much more than knowing what to say, it's important you understand how to say it. This requires critical listening skills and strong emotional intelligence.
