Assumptions Can Ruin First Impressions
Unfortunately, we make assumptions about people, things, and situations without even knowing it.  We’re all affected by something called unconscious bias.
Craig shares a quick story on how unconscious bias recently affected him.

First impressions are important. Sometimes we don’t bring our “A Game” when it comes to meetings and preparedness.
