Let's briefly discuss SIGNIFICANT EMOTIONAL EVENTS, aka the cause of why our assessment results can and are likely to shift over time. To be clear, results changing isn't a complete overhaul. While it may be, usually it's subtle, your DISC style becomes less or more intense. Or the order of your motivators shifts. Not good or bad, but definitely significant!
