As a nonbinary and transgender creative person, Grace leads with an inclusive mindset, ensuring that not only are their clients considering diverse perspectives when creating communications and products but that there diverse perspectives in the room behind any campaign. Great ideas can come from anywhere, and inclusive perspectives make the work better.
