Let's talk about the flow of energy. Not energy of the universe, or the energy you get from a cup of coffee, but the energy you transmit on-camera that connects you to your audience.

In this episode, we dive into a physics approach to energy, which I define as the frequency you set that transmits to your audience. Think of this process as tuning in an old-school radio. First, you dial in to find your station, then the sound transmits into the air, and the result is music- which affects whoever is listening.

When you can think of your energy like a radio wave, you can comprehend the direct effect it has on your audience. You set the tone and the frequency, friend!
