This system is one I've built over years of working as a professional spokesperson. It's the method that allows me to take external feedback and self-assess my work.

Why is that important? So that you can G-R-O-W! Your video journey is just that; a journey. It is not a destination. Being able to evaluate your content will only move your forward, and this is how you can do so without having your feelings hurt.

In this episode I break down my process: every time I'm on-camera I view it as a performance. I practice delivering my message and the best parts of myself to my audience as if it is a presentation. This buffer allows me to critique 'my performance' on video without critiquing 'myself'.
