Today's conversation is with Sarah Allan, CrossFit Athlete and CCFT Coach.

We learn about Sarah's entry into fitness, her background in competitive background and journey to find an area of fitness that met her competitive personality and supported her own body image.

Regarding body image as a female, Sarah shares an overview of her journey and how fuelling competitive sport played a big role in her moving forward. Following a skiing accident and move away from badminton, Sarah felt a loss of purpose but then dived into CrossFit.

We discuss Sarah's goals and ambitions in this space which leads to use exploring why Sarah may "not be designed" for CrossFit and how she has worked on her current strengths but importantly addressed her weaknesses to compete at Sanctionals.

During this exploration of how to acknowledge and work on weaknesses, Sarah shares her favourite self development sources and the processes she has implemented.

This is an approach we can all learn from and apply across any discipline and industry.
