‘Happier Hour: How to Beat Distraction, Expand Your Time, and Focus on What Matters Most’ is her first book. Our most precious resource isn’t money. It’s time. Based on her wildly popular MBA class at UCLA, Professor Cassie Holmes shows how to improve our lives by changing how we perceive and invest our time.

Expect to learn the main predictors for happiness in life, the best strategies for using your time wisely in alignment with your values, the relationship between time poverty feeling too busy and time affluence, actionable frameworks for you to resist living life on autopilot, and even how to make tasks you don’t want to do be more enjoyable.
