Today Tony called into the podcast to share his story of being an entrepreneur and what it was like for him to run his co-working business in New York for 7 years. Tony talks about how he was constantly worried and stressed about his business but he learned how to turn his worry and stress to guide him though the hard decisions that come with running a business. He looks at fear as a companion, something to listen to and learn from. Tony tells us to approach our feelings as a dialog and to write out a conversion of what our feelings are telling us.
