She is dedicated to the empowerment and personal development of Latinas and women of color through speaking engagements, volunteer work, and Latina Boss Coach, where she helps female entrepreneurs and professional career women be authentically aligned and gain freedom through her "MAP-Mindset to Action Plan" workshops, intensives and individual coaching programs.
She is the owner of Beck Consulting Group, a boutique firm specializing in business advisory for small business owners, business and marketing strategic planning and implementation for companies looking to grow, launch new products and reinvigorate their brands.
Serves as Director of Membership on the board of directors for MANA de North County, a national nonprofit organization empowering Latinas through leadership development, Hermanitas(R) mentoring programs, community service, and advocacy.
