Instructional coaches get asked to do a lot of random things, from covering classes to attending meetings. Most of it has nothing to do with coaching. When schools are short-staffed or have tasks that need to be done, instructional coaches are asked to fill in. The challenge with this is that every time you do one of these other things, you're not doing your coaching work.

In this episode, I’m sharing 3 ideas to try when you're used for everything but coaching. You’ll learn how to align your weekly to-do list with your goals. Get helpful tips for tracking your time and communicating with your administration. Find out how to make tasks do double duty so you get more done in less time. Tune in now to get all the details.
