In 2004 Dominic and Claire Taddei set-up Clear Mortgage Solutions (CMS) creating what is, today, one of Scotland’s leading mortgage and protection brokers. In 2016 they sought an equally motivated and ambitious partner to match their rapid growth and made the strategic decision to enter into a joint venture with Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB).
By building on their attentiveness towards the development of people, they are able to support clients through one of the most significant purchases in their lifetime.
There are a few specific areas of focus that are lived throughout this company every day. They make growth inevitable. Firstly, all advisers go through a 13-week training program, something unique in this industry. Secondly, we position culture and staff development at the forefront of our growth plans. Thirdly, our social and charity committee is focused on regular employee engagement - where we participate in sport, dinners and charity events. Lastly, we put a big focus on transparent internal communications to ensure all staff are engaged.
