She’s a graduate of Sophia University with a degree in International Business & Culture, a qualified Trainer and Change Management Facilitator, and a wellness coach. In the conversation, we discuss the struggles expats and their families face when moving to Japan for work, what the honeymoon period can look like for different individuals, and the importance of prioritizing holistic wellness to help cope with culture shock before it even takes root.
