Well, in case you didn’t know I am pregnant, but by the time you hear this I might already have a little bub!


In todays episode I am telling you the steps I put in place for my maternity leave and how you can implement them as well! If you aren’t going on maternity leave or don’t plan to (totally fine), the same info in this episode


could be applied to a short or extended holiday, family emergency or even if you were to injure yourself etc!


I Have seen a lot of posts in Facebook groups from people who are unsure what to do, have last minute staff changes and are generally stressed about the concept of “leaving” for an extended period. I get it - it's not always possible and I am not claiming to have all the info or to be completely checking out for the next 4 months. But due to a few extenuating circumstances over the last month, I started my mat leave even a little early.
