Lane Lyon
Lane Lyon has over 20 years of experience in both TV news and as a full-time licensed real estate broker. His commitment to asking tough questions and finding answers continues today and he brings local market expertise plus housing tips from his experience writing and producing programs for HGTV. Since 2013, Lane has been a top producer in Denver real estate and in 2017 was ranked #2 in the DTC office and #5 in Colorado for sales volume by Coldwell Banker. He is also a Rising Star award winner, 5-Carat Diamond Circle award winner, received accolades from 5280 Magazine as a Five Star Real Estate Professional, and in 2018 was promoted to Managing Broker at the Downtown Denver office.

Outside of work Lane enjoys hiking, biking, spoiling his three Chihuahuas and can still be seen on TV occasionally thanks to his long background as a journalist. Born locally he graduated Rangeview High School before attending Colorado State University and now lives with his partner Ethan in Denver’s Stapleton neighborhood.
