I'm Jim Ludes, a real estate broker for over 15 years in the community, and the current Managing Broker at Lori Bonarek Realty. We are a small collection of communities but even so, I feel that we don't necessarily get to know the people in our community like we would have in a bygone era. This podcast hopes to solve that problem or at least bridge the gap. We talk business, but....casually, just like the name suggests!
