907 Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege to work with business executives and associates around the world. I spent the majority of my career in the corporate world, leading teams, being an innovative thought leader and driving strategy across organizations.  I’ve had the privilege of leading teams across the United States and abroad.  In 2014, I joined a training program to develop my coaching and leadership further. I never dreamed that would be the training that transformed my life and created my new career as an Executive Coach.  But it was.   I found my calling in working with leaders to not only transform their lives but to transform the lives of every peer, direct report, and colleague of theirs. The work I do creates a butterfly effect. It doesn’t just stop with the person I’m coaching. It has an impact on every single person they encounter.   My passion for growing and developing people lead me to where I am today and who I work with.
