Work smarter, not harder! You’ve probably heard this sentiment before in one-way or another. But what does it really mean, and is it actually possible to be more successful by doing less? Ari Meisel is the creator of Less Doing, a strategy to be able to do less and live more. Happy to have Ari back on Bulletproof Radio, he joins the podcast this time to talk about his forthcoming book, Less Doing, More Living and how he beat Crohn’s disease. Listen to the show and discover how to get things done better by creating the manual of you. You’ll also hear how to optimize your haircut. Enjoy!

In 2006, Ari Meisel was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease an incurable inflammatory disease of the digestive tract. His case was severe, and required over a dozen daily medications and several hospital visits. After reaching a personal low point in hospital, Meisel decided to take control of his own health and fix his then weakened body. With a focus on nutrition, supplementation, and exercise Ari was eventually declared free of all traces of the ‘incurable’ disease, and competed in Ironman France in June of 2011. Through the process of data collection, self-tracking, and analysis, Ari developed Less Doing. This was a way of dealing with the daily stresses of life by optimizing, automating, and outsourcing tasks in life and business. Today Ari focuses on Achievement Architecture, helping individuals be more effective at everything and advising several companies. Today Ari resides in Bridgehampton, NY with his wife Anna, three sons Benjamin, Sebastien, and Lucas, and two dogs Sylvain and Oscar. Follow him on Twitter at @arimeisel.
