When you show up for someone, acknowledging them, letting them know you “see” them, and showing you care, you begin the process of developing influence with them.  Take your influence (and, by default, your leadership) to the next level by helping them navigate from here to their dreams.  Help them navigate through life, and to see problems as opportunities for growth.
