JJ talks about toxicity in the context of her 14 Feb 2019 post about having a panic attack at work which led into false accusations. Thankfully the criminal charges were dropped with solid evidence that JJ provided. However, this did not (and usually does not) cause dropping of the disciplinary measures. JJ discusses her discovery that false accusations are brought against upwards of 85% of high-ranking black officers, often resulting in a reduction in retirement pay.
