He was named the Director of the World in 2017 for his award-winning choir. Although Dr. Ferdinand is a phenomenal musician, that is not exactly what we discuss in this episode. Dr. Ferdinand is a habitual winner, and in order to do that, you need to be great at executing toward your goals.
