In this episode, I speak with Dr. Jason Max Ferdinand. Dr. Ferdinand, the chiar of the music department at Oakwood University, is a decorated conductor, composer, and arranger. He was named the Director of the World in 2017 for his award winning choir. Although Dr. Ferdinand is a phenomenal musician, that is not exactly what we discuss in this episode. Dr. Ferdinand is a habitual winner and in order to do that you need be great at executing toward your goals.
