My guest this week is Alicia Marks. Alicia is a dynamic Bible teacher and author with an infectious love of Jesus, the scriptures and people. She and her husband raise four kids and a menagerie of livestock in rural Oregon where they are deeply involved in their local church. She is also the author of The Matriarchs: Four Women Who Birthed a Nation and Changed History and Elijah: Bold Obedience and a Still, Small Voice.

After two devastating miscarriages, at eight weeks pregnant Alicia's baby was diagnosed "incompatible with life." Throughout those horrific months, she learned what it truly means to trust God in real life. The dramatic ending to this story is one that only God could write.
