After being a primary caregiver for my mother for over six years, I understand the typhoon of emotions and responsibilities that come with caring for a loved one. However, I discovered how to blossom through (mostly after) caregiving, rather than let it drown me.

By using my natural organizational skills and solid work ethic, I developed systems and processes to help navigate the difficult journey of caregiving which allowed me to go from “What am I going to do without my mom?” to “I know I can thrive after she’s gone–just as she would want.”

Like most caregivers, I juggled caregiving duties with a full-time career. In my daily life, I am a business consultant and global community builder in the digital marketing space.

I've been building businesses from the ground up since I was 9 years old, with my first business being part of a family network of roller skating rinks in the Detroit, Michigan area.
My most recent business accomplishment was increasing the global community membership of one of the world’s most respected leadership development and professional coach training organizations by 160%, over my time with the brand (4+ years).

As part of my devotion to developing worldwide communities that make a difference by connecting human beings, I consult with high-performing executives and teams to build True Community.
And my book, “Out of Love: A Daughter’s Journey With Her Mom To The End”, provides care for family caregivers by giving them the emotional and practical support they need, even while leading high-performance teams.
