As a leadership development and executive coach, writer and speaker, Erika Gerdes
fundamentally believes we are our most impactful when we are our most authentic
and that living a life of authenticity and impact enables us to have more joy,
confidence, fulfillment and meaning.

She is the designer of The Art of Undoing, an awareness and mindfulness practice
which teaches people practical ways to improve their well-being, authenticity, and
impact.

In her engaging and interactive keynotes and Art of Undoing experiential workshop
program, she uses a science-based approach to help audiences identify and undo
their own limiting beliefs and behaviors, embrace their full and unique potential, and
cultivate deeper connections at work and at home.

Erika spent 12 years at Google with the last 3+ years as a Global Business Leader
where she led the partnership with one of Google’s largest global partners. She left
at the height of her career to pursue her passion for helping people be happier in
their lives.

Erika is courageously authentic and vulnerable and is deeply fulfilled by helping
others overcome their limiting beliefs to embrace their authenticity and make the
unique impact on the world that only they can make.
