This week’s guest is Dr Rachel Morris, a GP turned Executive Coach and Specialist in Resilience at Work, helping those in stressful jobs take back control to beat burnout, survive and thrive. She is also the host of You are not A Frog podcast, which shares life hacks for busy professionals so they can beat burnout and work happier. 

 Always a stress-filled job being in the medical professional, during the pandemic people got to breaking point. Rachel helps people who are used to 'coping' to find ways that they can get more bang for their buck in terms of managing time, and bringing self-care into the picture.

Coming from a background of doctors, Rachel was arguably destined to become one herself. But over time she witnessed the increasing pressure doctors were under and felt that it was her calling to do something about that. 

 Rachel now specialises in resilience in the workplace for doctors and professionals in high stress jobs and created the Shapes Toolkit Resilience Training Programme which helps people to make the most of their one wild and precious life. She share with us those tools that we can all use in our busy lives, so that we get to work smarter not harder.
