Dr. Sergio Chavez was born in Tijuana BC Mexico and raised in San Diego, CA. He graduated from UC San Diego with a BA in Biology and holds e has a Masters in Educational Leadership as well as a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Cal Poly Pomona. He has been in education for over 30 years. Dr. Chavez currently holds the position of Director of EL/Bilingual Programs.
