Brand New Father Podcast is a place to find encouragement, real life stories, struggles, wins and some lessons to help you become a better dad today than you were yesterday!
Millennials were supposed to change the parenting status quo and make engaged fatherhood seem totally unexceptional. Even, if we are the most engaged, involved generation of fathers in history (which we probably are), the everyday grind of fatherhood is far from easy.
This podcast is my outlet for sharing my story and opportunity to connect with those who share the same values, and want to join me. Let’s build a community where new dads can be heard and understood.

The Emotional Bank Account concept was first introduced by Stephen Covey in the book “7 Habits of highly effective people”. Basically it’s a metaphor used to describe the amount of trust that’s built up in a relationship. It’s the feeling of safety that you have with another human being. It means that we maintain a personal “emotional” bank account with anyone with whom we have a relationship with - our coworkers, friends or family. 066 Dad's bucket list

May 02, 2016 08:30 - 12 minutes - 12 MB

Dad’s bucket list is a list of things I want to experience with my family and with my baby-girl before she leaves home.
