This week, I am talking with Linell Greaney, Co-Founder of RI Motorsports & Detail. Alongside his business partner, John Ryan, they both go the extra mile by focusing on the customer service experience.

Despite the old adage, “don’t sweat the small stuff”, both Linell and John believe that spending extra time on the details is what sets your business apart. By paying close attention to the small details, this has given RI Motorsports & Detail the credibility and validity that they truly care about their community. Instead of chasing dollar signs, both Linell and John go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy, even if it means working 12-hour shifts.
