It’s February, the month of love. And whether you love or hate valentines day, this month we are going to be talking about all kinds of self love on this show. I wanted to kick this off with a solo episode spilling my guts about the one thing I think you can do to show yourself love. It’s not what you think… no bubble baths, meditation, or nail appointments. I’m talking about something that feels a little bit more scary to many of us. I’m talking about being vulnerable. My mission is to mentor and support women as they grow their business as mothers, and being vulnerable is one of the things I talk about the most! It is a key skill to have to grow the business and life of your dreams.

Key Points In This Episode:

What it means to be vulnerable

Getting comfortable being uncomfortable

The vulnerability that comes with motherhood and how to hold onto it

Ditching societal standards and accepting who you are

Being vulnerable in a professional setting

Checking your ego and admitting when you're wrong

Becoming a better person, partner, friend, by being vulnerable
