Joining us today is youth soccer coach Oliver Condell. Oliver is a native of Kingston, Jamaica and has a made a name for himself in youth soccer in this country. Oliver is the owner of Team Challenger FC South, a youth soccer club based in Medina, Ohio. Since the clubs formation Oliver has led his club to become the number one boys program in northeast Ohio, producing national team members both on the boys and girls side, as well as, developed quality college players for the likes of Xavier, Pittsburgh, Ohio State, BGSU, Dayton, Cincinnati and Wake Forest. In this episode Oliver shares with us about his upbringing in Kingston, what it took for his team to win a national championship and the importance of your mentality.
