Hello friends, welcome to the show. I’m Tom Broback and my guest today is Chris Kovalewski. Coach Kov has been a cross country and track and field coach for nearly 30 years, with a majority of those coming at Mishawaka HS in Indiana. Coach Kov had the privilege of coaching Anna Rohrer, a winner of multiple state titles, national titles and Footlocker championships. In this episode, we talk about what it is like to run a program that is successful and establishes a great culture, regardless of the talent that happens to be there. I really enjoyed picking the brain of a cross country coach, and Coach Kov is one of the best out there. Let’s continue to grow the mind and change the system.
