In today’s episode, we welcome Bonnie Hancock to discuss her fear of regret, paddling around Australia, the preparation before her journey, her work beyond competition, mentoring, supplements she consumed during her voyage, crossing borders during the COVID-19 pandemic, and breaking the 24-hour distance paddling record.

Bonnie Hancock is a world record-breaking paddler, community leader, public speaker, and author. Bonnie became a professional Ironwoman at seventeen years old in which she competed in 9 Nutri-Grain Ironwoman series representing Australia. Recently, Bonnie became the fastest person to paddle a surf ski 12,700kms around the Australian coastline. It was only two weeks later that she took on the world record for the furthest distance paddled in 24 hours, completing 234 kms on her surf ski at Airlie Beach.
