Jared is a mental performance coach whose personal philosophy, passion, and purpose is to EQUIP people to become extraordinary lifelong learners about themselves, their relationships, and their pursuits, so that they are more capable of living interesting, fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Jared's professional coaching journey began in 2006 when he was an overnight camp counselor. In 2010, his perspective on coaching widened as he began pursuing CrossFit. Since then, he has been incredibly active training and coaching at the intersection of health/wellness, fitness, human performance, and organizational psychology--in particular, executive coaching and leadership development.

Prior to earning his MBA, with an emphasis on organizational psychology, and a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology, Jared was a seasoned, enthusiastic, and dedicated CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Mobility coach.

Currently, Jared specializes in equipping clients with a plethora of mental models and skills-based practices to fast track their ability to leverage their experience and accelerate their expertise. Moreover, he delivers customized leadership and human dynamics trainings for executive teams to help them examine how they operate and provide them with frameworks for evolving their mindsets and behaviors.

Jared has worked with athletes, fitness enthusiasts/coaches, business owners/executives, newly promoted leaders/managers, physicians, musicians, call-center operators, and government employees. Fun fact: For one year, Jared worked as a cognitive enhancement coach for TSA officers to help them improve their working memory, reaction time speed and accuracy, heart rate variability, and overall vigilance and wellbeing.

Jared regularly blogs about his three favorite "L" words--learning, leadership, and life, and is working on a book that maps out and synthesizes what all personal development journeys require for someone to go from authenticity to adaptability.

When not coaching, training, reading, and/or writing, you can find Jared geeking out about John Mayer, The Grateful Dead, and Marvel movies. Topics covered: 1. Infinite vs. Finite Games (Why we should view life as long, as opposed to life is short).

2. "What" questions are more effective than "how" questions.

3. If you are going to demand better of yourself or someone else, it helps to have conviction about your compelling point of view or to ask someone else about their compelling point of view.
