The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. The promise of vaccines has done nothing to stop the reported rise of Covid-19 cases in the U.S. With increased restrictions, businesses across the country are instituting new measures to maintain safety. The continued commerce disruptions have drastically altered the holiday shopping season and have some entrepreneurs questioning if they'll be able to remain in business. We survived a year of the rona and one holiday season only to land in the middle of another celebration. We'll emphasize the importance of not being reckless and/or intoxicated at "holiday parties" connected to your job. These rules would apply even if you co-workers launch a virtual party via computer. We'll continue to stress that folks still traveling to their physical work site should take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety.
