Julie and Corey are joined by Molly Tschang who is the host of Say it Skillfully to talk about communication strategies and how to improve personally and in your business.  The show starts with a conversation about how strategy and communication and including your team in both.  Once Molly joins, they cover getting buy-in and sharing information.  She talks about the pitfalls in making assumptions, and the three cover ego and being a leader.  They discuss creating the expected behaviors of the team and how to set and meet those.  Molly finishes the show by covering the role of a meeting facilitator and working with different communication styles.
